Cancellation Policy
Flying Lady Boat Tours requires all cancellations to be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
Any cancellations made the same day or with less than 24-hour notice are nonrefundable. While we will do our best to accommodate and change the time or venue, we make no guarantees.
Weather Policy
Weather- we do not go out in dangerous conditions, i.e., thunder, lightning, high winds, etc. We try to wait until close to the trip to make the call since weather moves so quickly in South Florida.
If there is just a light rain, we still go out, as a good portion of our boats are covered. Cruises may be delayed while we wait for the weather to pass. If it does not look like it will let up, we will have to cancel. In that case, you would have the option of a refund or to reschedule.

We offer private and public tours for up to 6 passengers. Our public tour is a 2-hour narrated tour. Our private charters are great for anything from a private romantic tour for two, a ladies night out wine tasting cruise (BYOB), birthdays, or anniversary parties, to office parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, Christmas parties… or any other reason you can think of to just get out on the water and have a fabulous time! Yes! For trips with more than 6 passengers we require you to sign our bareboat agreement in order to be compliant with United State Coast Guard regulations. Please call us for more information.
Our tours vary from 2-4 hours. Our most popular tour is a 2 hour guided historic toury. The first hour is narrated. Then we take a relaxing journey back to the dock.
We offer tours all day long starting at 9am. All tours are by reservation only, so please be sure to reserve your time online.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time. Be aware that the bridges in the area can delay your trip when they go up (especially on the weekends).
Yes. We have water on ice in a cooler available at no additional charge. However, we encourage you to bring along your own snacks, a bottle of wine, or your choice of other non-alcoholic and/or adult beverages.

Absolutely! The Flying Lady is a family friendly boat and all are welcome. Please remember, you are responsible for maintaining control of the little ones for their general safety.

The weather here in South Florida can be very unpredictable on days we expect rain. If we have to cancel due to inclement weather that may persist during your tour, we will cancel and provide refunds or rebook as necessary. If it's going to be a quick passing shower, then the show must go on! We will do our best to make an informed decision a few hours prior to your departure time.
Most of our boat is covered and shady. We do have areas of the boat for those that want to enjoy our Florida sunshine.
There is no bathroom on the boat; however, there are public restrooms available directly in front of our slip for your convenience.
Yes we do! Please call or ask one of our Captains and the dock and we will be happy to help you with a gift certificate. They make great stocking stuffers for family when they come to visit!
